After a year of uncertainty for our schools, we are finally happy to see our children able to return to the classroom. With the kids missing out on so much; school parties, celebrations, sports, academic bowls, & more, our hearts go out to to all but especially members of the Senior Class.
Take a moment to reflect back on your senior year. Obviously, as a Senior, you look forward to those once-in-a-lifetime moments. You have worked hard in school for 12 long years to achieve graduation and all that accompany reaching that milestone.
However, our John Marshall seniors were not able to have a Junior-Senior Prom last year. And now they have missed their final sports season, Senior nights, concerts, Homecoming, etc. Along with all those setbacks, graduation is not open to families or friends, instead there will be limited options available.
With all of this being said, we at Kathy's House Foundation are looking for sponsors and supporters to help us provide every Senior at John Marshall High School with a 'Kathy Bag' filled with goodies for their graduation. The Foundation will cover the cost of filling every bag. However, sponsors are encouraged to assist us with this project. All sponsors will be recognized publicly with numerous media benefits. A letter to every student acknowledging the sponsors, will be included in every bag. Each bag will also be personalized adding that extra special touch that should last a lifetime.
Our goal is to raise $4000 for this project. Your donation and contribution will be greatly appreciated and it will show our Seniors how proud we are of their accomplishments.
